All authors must donate a total of 2 copies of one of their books to be used for VIP goody bags as well as promotional giveaways. You can donate as many books as you want to the goody bags, but the minimum number is 2. While no paper promotional items are included in the goody bags, we highly encourage you to have bookmarks and other giveaways at your table. For those authors offering cards with free or discounted digital downloads at their table, the floor map will reflect that so please let us know ahead of time as we would love to promote that fact. Authors are assigned to their tables by us and will be on a map so no table switching is allowed. If you have a special request and would like to be seated near a friend, please ask, we will try and accomodate it.
Author is responsible for handling the sales of their books as well as their own load in and load out. If the author is flying and needs to ship their books, we will coordinate with you.
This is a new event that we plan to repeat. There is already interest for 2018. Similar events in other parts of the country face author registration waiting lists for subsequent years. For that reason, we wanted to inform you, the first 35 authors registered will be guaranteed a spot for ESCAPE INTO BOOKS 2018.
A green room will be set up with snacks and water for authors to take a quick break in.
Registered authors will be added to the author section of the website. After your registration please email your author photo 531 x 424 to email@example.com along with your bio, what genres you write and the URL to your website. Will also add your social media links but not required to send. If you would like to be one of the 6 featured authors at the top of the page, that would be an additional $100. This option is only open to 6 authors and is on a first come, first served bases. Author bios will be alphabetical after the featured authors.

Available Sponsorship and Advertising Options
Goody Bags: $400 if you want to sponsor the goody bags and be the only author featured or if two authors want to split the cost, $250 each, with both authors getting one side of the bag. Logo design will be in one color, if you want 2 colors, the cost will go up. 150 bags will be made for VIPs and giveaways.
15 Standing Banners will be made available to go behind author tables for $200 each with the dimensions of 2’5″ x 8′ at 300dpi preferably jpg. All images on the banner must be PG, including book covers. Author can keep the banner after the event.
